News - Post Re-Union News
This is the Site of Old Boys of Aberdare Boys Grammar School representing the 1971 intake. It was formed to assist in organising a year Re-union. It will be developed as a means of continuing contact between those who attended the 2001 Re-Union and as a means of trying to make contact with other "1971 Boys".
The idea for the re-union stemmed from Andrew Hoggins and Craig Jones renewing contact with one another in September 2000.
The re-union was held on Saturday 5th May 2001. It marked (for many) 30 years of us all starting at the School.
A
booking was made of a function room at the Ty
Newydd near Hirwaun. Thirty Seven of us attended as well as Ten
of the teaching staff from our era. See the Guest
